Civilian Survival Classes

The Urban Survival Academy offers a variety of training options for civilians and individuals. Drawing on the same elite capabilities of our instructors that guide our government and corporate clients, USA provides training programs for individuals that range from land navigation courses to defensive driving, home defense and hand to hand combat.

Our courses are held in Longwood, Florida with a few exceptions. (I.e. The Master Jungle Survival class actually pairs you with an expert and sends you to South America).

Who Attends Survival Classes? Just, People who think the end of the world is coming? Not at all.

People attend our courses from all walks of life. Backpackers, camping enthusiasts, recreationists, search and rescue teams, entire families, corporate managers, attorneys, scientists, FBI, CIA, and military personnel, city parks and recreation specialists, university outdoor program staff, doctors, electricians, biologists, geologists, teachers and professors, engineers, nurses and EMT’s, private pilots, law enforcement, forestry and park ranger personnel, hunters … the list goes on. Our students are diverse with many different personal learning objectives. understands this and is prepared to adapt the instruction to each individual.
