America has people stationed all over the world. Diplomats, business people and others work in sometimes hostile nations, representing US interests.

Sometimes, they have to get out. Fast.

Non-Combat Evacuation Operations involve getting people to safety when they’re in some of the worst imaginable situations. It doesn’t only involve people in official capacities. Sometimes, trained personnel have to protect civilians as they flee dangerous situations, as well.

Evacuations are enormously complex and involved operations. They’re also among the most heroic operations that military and other official personnel undertake, sometimes saving thousands of lives.

Learning to Provide Protection

The Urban Survival Academy teaches skills that are normally used by law enforcement and military personnel, but many of our classes are applicable to anyone and this is one of them.

The skills involved in helping guide people to safety can be used by anyone. When groups of people are caught up in a bad situation, having someone there who knows how to get them to safety could save lives.

You don’t have to be military or law-enforcement to take and benefit from this class. Anyone can, and the skills you’ll learn to help coordinate and mobilize groups of people will apply to many areas of life that have nothing to do with disasters. It’s an exercise in leadership, being cool under pressure and devising and executing plans. If you want to increase your effectiveness in any of those areas, contact us for more information.
